Job Description

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in construction and real estate sectors.
  • Expand client base through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
  • Handle client queries, issues, and feedback effectively.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Assign territories, goals, and responsibilities to team members.
  • Train and mentor team members in sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Track progress against targets and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts, proposals, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with project, finance, and legal teams for smooth execution.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Promote the brand to enhance visibility in the construction sector.

Contract & Tender Management

  • Prepare and review tenders, bids, and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Customer Focus & After-Sales Support

  • Ensure timely communication and updates to clients on project progress.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Compliance & Ethical Practices

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and code of ethics.
  • Follow all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements in construction sales.
