As a Relationship Manager in the financial services industry, your role involves ensuring stability of income from existing clients and exploring avenues for new income generation. You will be responsible for adding value to clients by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan, and project finance. Your credit knowledge will be crucial for deal structuring, and you will work on maintaining relationships with business banking to originate business and increasing the book size with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure income stability from existing clients and identify opportunities for new income - Structure and implement innovative deals in working capital, term loan, and project finance - Use credit knowledge for effective deal structuring - Maintain relationships with business banking and increase the book size with customers - Manage trade finance and general blog operation for cash management services Deliverables: - Acquire and maintain business loans clients for the organization - Perform various financing activities based on customer requirements - Achieve individual targets, grow account profitability, and maintain high service standards Product/Customer Handled: - Working capital, Term loan, Project finance, Unsecured Business Loans - Retail business loans clients up to 20 cr portfolio size Skills And Competencies: - Ability to negotiate deals and interact effectively with stakeholders - Strong sales and relationship management skills - Analytical skills to identify key issues and make effective decisions - Process-oriented mindset to drive system improvements - Credit Knowledge to assess company financials Qualifications: - Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in channel management for similar products is advantageous In this role, you will play a vital part in the financial services sector by managing client relationships, structuring deals, and driving business growth.
