Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the banking sector, your role will involve ensuring the stability of income from existing clients and exploring new avenues for income generation. You will be expected to add value to clients by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loans, and project finance. Your credit knowledge will be crucial for deal structuring, and you will need to maintain relationships with business banking to originate business and increase the book size with customers. Additionally, you will manage trade finance and general blog operations for cash management services. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure income stability from existing clients and explore new income generation opportunities - Add value to clients by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loans, and project finance - Use credit knowledge for deal structuring - Maintain relationships with business banking and increase the book size with customers - Manage trade finance and general blog operations for cash management services Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate preferred with 3-5 years of relevant work experience - Prior experience in channel management for similar products In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining business loan clients for the organization, performing various financing activities as per customer requirements, and achieving individual targets while maintaining high service standards and compliance. You will handle products such as working capital, term loans, project finance, unsecured business loans, and retail business loans clients with a portfolio size of up to 20 crores.
