Sales Manager- Toolmaker and Private Lable (APAC)

As a Sales Manager- Toolmaker and Private Label (APAC) at CERATIZIT, you will play a crucial role in driving the regional growth strategy for APAC. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing a regional growth strategy for APAC, identifying new markets and driving geographic expansion. - Actively acquiring new customers, strengthening existing key accounts, and establishing structures to ensure excellent customer service and retention. - Collaborating with your team to develop a forward-looking sales strategy, analyze market needs, and co-create new products and business lines with customers for Toolmaker and Private Label including solid carbide rods, insert blanks, finished inserts, and solid carbide tools for the private label market. - Leading and developing an international sales team, building a high-performance organization that delivers best-in-class customer service. Defining and monitoring KPIs to measure success, coordinating cross-segment sales activities, and leveraging internal synergies to increase efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration, or equivalent, with up to 10 years of senior-level B2B sales experience. - Strong technical understanding of machining processes and experience with technical products in the tooling or metalworking industry. - Proven track record in leading and developing international sales teams, with experience in building and implementing new structures. - Ability to analyze market and customer data, derive strategic insights, and implement innovative sales concepts. - Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and motivation to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus.
