Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead student admissions, promote our Japanese language programs, and market our integrated skill development and software training courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, managing sales teams, and building strong institutional and corporate partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Admissions

  • Drive student admissions for Japanese language courses and allied skill development programs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets
  • Counsel students and parents about career opportunities in Japan, course structure, and benefits
  • Handle high-value leads, walk-ins, and institutional inquiries

Marketing & Business Development

  • Promote Japanese language training combined with software and professional skill programs
  • Establish tie-ups with colleges, training centers, and educational consultants
  • Coordinate seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for digital campaigns, lead generation, and branding

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹14,847.63 - ₹30,000.00 per month
