The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and sales acumen to identify customer needs, provide tailored automation solutions, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and engage potential customers in industrial automation sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Sales Management:Understand client requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product/service capabilities.Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.Technical Expertise:Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.Market Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.Gather market intelligence to identify new opportunities and strategies.Documentation & Reporting:Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of automation systems, PLC's, SCADA, and HMI.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel to client locations as required.Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
