Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager LAP Vertical located in Chikkaballapura. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, training and motivating the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management and leadership
Skills in developing and executing sales strategies
Ability to monitor sales performance and achieve targets
Strong customer relationship building and maintaining skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with sales management software and tools
