Sales Manager Telecom

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify and develop new market areas, retail points, and channel partners for SIM sales.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotions are effectively implemented in the field.
• Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer or partner issues promptly.
• Drive sales through door-to-door activities, events, and local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
