Sales Manager

Job Summary:

preferably with pumps

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, OEMs, and distributors.
• Monitor the activities of the sales team, including setting goals.
• Coordinate with R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market needs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Set sales targets, forecast demand and regular reports for management.
• Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand positioning.
• Ensure compliance with commercial terms, pricing policies, and contract requirements.

Requirements:

• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business /Engineering or a related field.
• 1015 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably 3 years in pump sales.
• Strong technical understanding of pumps and pumping systems (Self-Priming, Centrifugal, Open well, Submersible, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and ERP systems.
