Sales Manager (Female Candidates)Industry: Fitness / Gym / Wellness Location: As per company requirement Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply) Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Female Sales Manager for our fitness center. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, explaining membership plans, handling renewals, generating leads, and ensuring customer retention. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & SalesGreet and interact with walk-in clients visiting the gym. Understand client fitness goals and recommend suitable membership programs. Explain membership plans, pricing, offers, and benefits effectively. Convert walk-in inquiries into membership sales. Membership ManagementFollow up with potential customers and leads for closing sales. Handle renewals of existing clients whose membership plans are about to expire. Maintain records of memberships, renewals, and follow-up calls. Customer RetentionBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing members. Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle basic client queries. Take feedback from members and resolve concerns by coordinating with the team. Lead GenerationGenerate new leads through phone calls, social media, referrals, and local networking. Maintain a database of leads and track conversions. Work with the marketing team to promote offers and membership campaigns. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare daily sales reports and share updates with management. Coordinate with trainers and front desk team to ensure smooth operations. Assist in organizing fitness events, promotions, and member engagement activities. Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented Strong sales and negotiation ability Good knowledge of fitness trends is an added advantage Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools) QualificationsAny graduate / 12th pass with good communication Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred Female candidates only Employment Type Full-time
