Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition: Identify and onboard digital merchants to expand our network, focusing on those seeking advanced payment technology solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed acquisition targets and revenue goals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our payment technology, payment gateways, and market oriented technology offerings to effectively present and sell these solutions to potential merchants.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to inform management and guide strategic decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding process and the successful implementation of our solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's & degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in fintech/ digital payments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
