We are a fast-growing spice brand committed to delivering authentic, high-quality spices across India and international markets. To strengthen our presence and drive growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

· Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.

· Manage and expand dealer/distributor networks across assigned regions.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

· Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.

· Ensure achievement of revenue growth, brand visibility, and market penetration.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.

· 5+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG/Spices/Food Industry.

· Strong business network and knowledge of spice/food market.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

· Willingness to travel extensively.
