As a Manager in New Product Development (NPD) at KAG Industries, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of new dry blended products from concept to commercialization. Your expertise in NPD, specifically in dry blends such as proteins and premixes, will be essential to ensure the success of our products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of new dry blended products, ensuring scientific rigour and precision throughout the process - Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Production, and Procurement to streamline operations and achieve project milestones - Conduct formulation trials in the lab, analyze data meticulously, and oversee the scale-up process from lab to production - Maintain accurate documentation of all processes and results, while ensuring regulatory compliance at all stages Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in New Product Development, with a focus on dry blends - Educational background in Food Technology or a related discipline at a Bachelor's degree level or higher - Strong quantitative aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis - Demonstrated ability to manage formulation trials effectively and oversee the scale-up process with precision At KAG Industries, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations.
