Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and well-groomed Sales Manager to join our Delhi branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, guiding them about aviation career opportunities, and driving admissions through effective counseling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students about aviation training programs and career prospects.
Generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and achieve admission/sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings to promote courses.
Ensure a professional and well-groomed appearance while representing the company.
Work closely with the training and placement team to align student needs with programs.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Ex-Cabin Crew preferred (Hospitality/Aviation background desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, active, and confident personality.
Ability to connect with students and motivate them toward career growth.
Minimum Graduate (Any discipline).

Salary:

Negotiable (based on experience and industry standards).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
