Cloms ( shirsh amber services ) is a startup that offers personalised fashion recommendations and shopping assistance. We’re looking for a Sales Manager with experience in fashion, retail tech, or digital commerce to drive our partner network and grow our B2B pipeline. Responsibilities: Acquire and manage B2B accounts (brands, retailers, fashion platforms) Create and execute sales strategies to exceed growth targets Handle full sales cycles: outreach, pitching, proposals, closing Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize client performance Stay up to date with fashion and digital commerce trends Requirements: 4+ years in a sales/business development role Fashion, e-commerce, or tech experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot Benefits: Opportunities to attend industry events Fast-paced, supportive team culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Business development: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Gujarati (Preferred) English (Required) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required) Work Location: In person
