Sales Manager Service - Substation

As a Service Sales Engineer at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in driving the service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated area(s), focusing on installed base penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio for Grid & Power Quality Solutions (Substations and FACTS). - Implement the Service sales strategy in coordination with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager - Identify and develop sales opportunities for Service products and solutions using tools like ServIS - Prepare and review sales plans, proposing recovery plans when necessary - Establish long-term customer relationships by demonstrating technical service product/solutions knowledge - Expand Hitachi Energy's footprint by selling the entire service product portfolio in the designated area(s) In terms of your background, we are looking for individuals with: - A bachelor's degree in electrical/electrical & Electronics Engineering - At least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in a similar position - Knowledge of the Grid and Power Quality Industry (Substations, FACTS) - Familiarity with the latest automation technologies - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Willingness to engage in frequent business trips - Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams - Fluency in both spoken and written English Hitachi Energy values safety and integrity, and we expect all employees to take responsibility for their actions while caring for colleagues and the business.,
