Sales Manager - Service Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales & telecalling team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase walk-ins, online leads, and corporate clients.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction & repeat business.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, conversions, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with service engineers to upsell/cross-sell repair services, AMC packages, and accessories.
• Identify and onboard corporate clients and bulk service contracts.
• Train and motivate team members in customer handling and sales excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management (preferably in electronics/service industry).
• Strong communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Proven ability to lead teams and close sales.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Knowledge of mobile/laptop products & services will be a plus.
