Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives focused on selling secured business loans.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the secured business loan portfolio.

Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), business owners, and key stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

Monitor loan application processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.

Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team.

Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Address and resolve client queries and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to secured business loans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales or business development, preferably in banking or financial services with a focus on secured business loans.

Strong understanding of secured lending products, credit appraisal, and risk management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
