Sales Strategy Development to meet or exceed company revenue targets. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. Resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain trust and loyalty. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
