Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the on-ground sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful closures.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
• Drive sales strategies for new project launches and ongoing inventory movement.
• Build and maintain strong client, broker, and channel partner relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Support the team in negotiation and deal structuring to close high-value transactions.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• 47 years of proven experience in

  real estate sales

  (residential/commercial).
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market, especially Wakad and nearby areas.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
