Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Industry: Real Estate & Hospitality
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
Salary - 30k - 40k plus incentives

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for both hotel and real estate projects . This role involves both managing a sales team and direct selling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Personally visit potential clients, attend meetings, and use industry contacts to find new business opportunities.
• Sales Closures: Give site visits/tours to clients and handle the full sales process until the deal is closed.
• Strategy & Marketing: Work on sales strategies, help design marketing campaigns, and represent the company at expos and events.
• Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and real estate channel partners.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in Real Estate or Hotel industry sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and team management.
• Work Style: Able to handle pressure, lead a team, and close high-value deals efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
