Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Manager to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end client interaction.

· Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database.

· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

· Recording sales calls and meetings details for future reference.

· Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports.

· Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner.

· Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

· Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

· Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Key Requirements:

· Good computer skills

· Proficiency in English

· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· A team player with high level of dedication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
