Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our project sales team in the building material industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience and must be based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including builders and architects.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the building material industry.
Strong understanding of the building material market, including products such as marbles, granite, stones, ceramics, and more.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in institutional sales and managing distribution channels is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
