Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training, Product, Marketing & Operations Support Zonal implementation of training strategy through the training team Ensure delivery of all mandatory trainings in the zone Disseminate product & industry knowledge across the teams in the assigned zone Ensure adequate marketing / R&R / Sales support to the front end team in the zone Ensure timely operations delivery to new / existing customers of the channel in the assigned zone Develop an overall training strategy for the channel and ensure implementation through the training team JOB SUMMARY: The incumbent will be responsible for managing all support delivery to this strategic alliance for the assigned zone; - Provide all necessary support to ensure productivity of the partner and its sales resources in the assigned zone - Manage the sales support, training, operations plus back-end processes for the zone - Ensure adequate marketing and sales promotion support where required in the zone - Support the management of business relationship between PLI and each PIRAMAL entity existent in the assigned zone - Ensure success of the PIRAMAL business in the assigned zone - Relationship Management, implementation of various processes and initiatives in the zone Implementation of an effective business model in line with recommendations of E&Y / agreement between shareholders. Meeting revenue targets - on AFYP and persistency- actual vs. plan. Quality of relationship and integration with each PIRAMAL entity Quality of process and implementation of various processes and initiatives Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
