  10 years in Engineering Polymers sales

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets in volumes and revenues.
• Manage, identify, and develop new/existing business opportunities with assigned customers (minimum 80 accounts).
• Build strong relationships with sourcing teams, technical experts, and senior management at customer organizations.
• Maintain deep understanding of customer operations and deliver timely solutions.
• Participate in discussions on strategy, product positioning, and pricing.
• Handle customer complaints and provide troubleshooting support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, visit plans, CRM updates, and daily reports on time.
• Organize and conduct technical presentations/seminars in collaboration with HQ.
• Continuously track market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in

  selling engineering polymers

• Strong exposure to

  Automotive OEMs & Tier suppliers, Electrical & Electronics industries

  .
• Proactive, self-driven, and motivated sales professional with excellent relationship management skills.
