Role & responsibilities As Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding our dealer network, cultivating key accounts, and leading direct sales initiatives across your assigned territory. You will translate Painta Chems product strengthswood, glass, metal coatings, and thinners—into compelling solutions for customers in automotive, OEM, furniture, dcor, and related industries. Key Responsibilities: Territory Management: Own and grow sales in your assigned region by developing new dealers and nurturing existing relationships. Account Development: Identify and close business with OEMs, autocomponent manufacturers, furniture makers, metal fabricators, and dcor firms. Dealer Support: Equip dealers with product training, sales collateral, and promotional plans to maximize reach and sell-through. Sales Planning: Develop quarterly/annual sales plans, set targets, forecast demand, and track performance against goals. Market Intelligence: Gather and report competitive insights, customer feedback, and emerging market trends to inform product strategy. Preferred candidate profile Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of coating chemistries (PU, epoxy, NC, automotive refinishes, heatresistant, enamel) and thinner selection. Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships with dealers and key industrial accounts. Negotiation & Closing: Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and optimize territory coverage. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. Self-Driven: Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field. Travel Ready: Willingness to travel extensively within the territory to meet dealers and customers.
