Sales Manager Export & Domesc (Food Ingredients)
Locaon: Bangalore, India Role Overview: A growing food ingredient manufacturer and exporter whose products meet global quality and safety standards, catering to interna¢onal B2B customers and select domes¢c clients is seeking an experienced Sales Manager Export & Domes¢c to lead and expand sales across interna¢onal and domes¢c markets. The role involves full responsibility for sales, export opera¢ons, documenta¢on, and key account management, while developing new markets and achieving business growth targets. The ideal candidate will come from a food/bakery/confec¢onary ingredients background, with a strong understanding of food safety regula¢ons and quality parameters. Key Responsibili¢es: ¢ ¢ Lead end-to-end export and domes¢c sales opera¢ons, from inquiry to dispatch. Prepare/review export documents: invoices, packing lists, COO, FSSAI, Halal/Kosher cer¢cates, COAs and other documenta¢on. ¢ ¢ ¢ Coordinate closely with internal logis¢cs, produc¢on, and QA teams to ensure ¢mely and compliant deliveries. Build and maintain strong rela¢onships with interna¢onal and domes¢c clients through eec¢ve communica¢on and reliable service. Manage Key Accounts to ensure sustained business, customer sa¢sfac¢on, and cross- selling opportuni¢es. ¢ ¢ Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, and residue standards. Achieve and grow export and domes¢c sales as per dened targets; iden¢fy and develop new markets. ¢ Prepare and deliver professional presenta¢ons, proposals, and reports for clients and management. ¢ ¢ Maintain CRM data, shipment trackers, and MIS reports. Support senior management in strategic planning, trade fairs, and business development ini¢a¢ves. ¢ Travel interna¢onally and domes¢cally as required for client visits and market development.

Candidate Prole:
¢ Educa¢on: Preferably a degree in Food Technology, or graduate in Science, Commerce, or Business with relevant technical exposure. ¢ Experience: 68 years (min.) in food, bakery, confec¢onary ingredient exports and B2B sales, with proven experience in key account management and interna¢onal opera¢ons. ¢ Skills & Knowledge: o o o Familiarity with FSSC, HACCP, Halal, and other food safety standards. Good grasp of food quality parameters and customer specica¢ons. Proven track record in sales growth, business development, and client rela¢onship management. o o o o Excellent communica¢on, presenta¢on, nego¢a¢on, and follow-up skills. High integrity, loyalty, professionalism, and business ethics. Strong understanding of export documenta¢on, logis¢cs, and compliance Procient in MS Oce and ERP/CRM tools.
