Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Botanda, Bhubaneswar. The role involves handling the sales and purchase of land and real estate properties, maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals effectively. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the local property market and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential/commercial plots and properties.
• Conduct site visits and property showings to potential clients.
• Generate leads through various channels (calls, fieldwork, digital).
• Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
• Assist in property documentation and transaction follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Bhubaneswar’s property market is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
