Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Impact Assessment Solutioning CSR company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with corporates and organizations seeking credible, accredited CSR impact assessments. Your responsibilities will involve generating leads, fostering client relationships, and closing deals that enable companies to measure and showcase the true impact of their social initiatives. This role requires a high level of ownership and is centered around creating positive social change through effective sales strategies. - Build and manage a pipeline of CSR leads from corporates and foundations. - Engage with clients to comprehend their CSR objectives and present customized impact assessment solutions. - Collaborate with research teams to develop tailored proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs). - Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners. - Stay abreast of CSR laws, ESG frameworks, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in MSW, MBA, Social Work, Sustainability, Development Studies, or Business Studies. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, CSR fundraising, or social impact consulting. - Proficiency in CSR law, ESG metrics, and impact frameworks. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and solutioning abilities. - Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven.
