Job description Client Acquisition : Identify and approach potential customers who require loans -Home Loan , Loan against property, often through field visits, referrals, and cold calling. Understanding Customer Needs : Engage with clients to understand their financial requirements and suggest appropriate loan products based on their eligibility and preferences.Explain loan features, benefits, interest rates, terms and conditions, and repayment structures to customers in a clear and convincing manner.Help customers collect and submit the required documents for loan processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Coordinate with the backend DSA team or directly with the bank/NBFC to ensure timely submission and follow-up of loan applications.Maintain a strong relationship with clients throughout the loan process and provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the DSA or lending partner.Ensure all activities comply with regulatory norms and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
