The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local property market, a client-focused approach, and at least 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or leasing. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. Organize and host property viewings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants. Negotiate deals and close transactions in a professional and timely manner. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing. A Bachelor's Degree in any field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region).
