Presales Account Manager: Job Description: Managing Calls & Prospect generation: Conduct high volume outbound / inbound calls to clients and introduce our real estate Properties and offerings. Engage in meaningful conversations, clarify information and understand client needs.Information Sharing: Possess detailed knowledge of the Nambiar Properties and provide accurate information about available properties, including features, amenities, pricing etc.Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls in a timely manner to nurture leads, warm-up existing old leads and provide additional information as needed.Scheduling Site visits: Convert the customers into prospect and schedule Site Visits for the properties. Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next site visit.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Calls, Leads, interactions, and client details in the CRM system (Salesforce) as per the SOP.Target-oriented: Strong ability to achieve/ overachieve weekly targets and earn higher incentives. Both quantitative & qualitative targets should be met.Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Site Office GRE teams to ensure seamless on boarding and client satisfaction for all Site Visits.Customer Service: Be the face of the brand & establish a positive rapport. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and always maintain highest brand value of Nambiar Builders FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY Qualifications & Requirements: Residence Location - Within 10 km from office (Marathahalli ORR) is preferred Working Days: It's 6-days working(including weekend) one week off on weekdays. Weekends are 100% working Experience: Previous experience in Call center in Tele calling / similar Inside Sales role, preferably in the real estate industry. Education: A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education). Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills (Spoken English & local language), with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Need superior listening skill Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminology, market trends & geographical knowledge of Bangalore is advantageous.Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a Customer-focused approach.
