Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Present, promote, and sell electrical products and services to existing and potential clients. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities. • Negotiate pricing, terms of sale, and services with customers. • Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and post-sales support. • Provide technical consultations to customers to recommend suitable products. • Analyze customer needs and consult engineers for technical problem solving. • Train customers or establishment personnel on product usage when needed. • Maintain and update customer records and documentation. • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate answers about product specifications. • Travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and generate high-quality leads. • Maintain sales targets, margins, and customer retention. • Assist in preparing sales reports and coordinating sales activities internally.
