Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (Microbial Products) located in Thanjavur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and expanding the business through effective communication and sales management. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and engaging in business development activities to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Strong Business Development abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the horticulture or agricultural industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
