Sales Manager- Media sales/Digital partnerships

As a Business Development Manager for the Agency vertical located in Noida Sector-16, your primary goal is to acquire influencer marketing campaign briefs from consumer brands and media agencies. You should possess 4 - 8 years of experience in business development, media sales, or partnerships within the digital or influencer marketing industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pitching to potential clients for influencer marketing campaigns, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with marketing stakeholders, generating inbound/outbound leads and converting them into briefs, collaborating with internal teams for strategy and execution post-brief acquisition, and meeting monthly/quarterly revenue and campaign brief targets. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of acquiring and managing influencer marketing campaign briefs, a comprehensive understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem and campaign structures, excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, and a proactive, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred qualifications include a strong network within consumer brands and media agencies, previous experience collaborating directly with influencer platforms or campaign execution teams, established relationships with marketing decision-makers in relevant consumer categories, and familiarity with measurement and reporting tools for influencer campaigns.
