Sales Manager - Loan Against Property - Channel - Ludhiana - Feroze Gandhi Market

You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products through aggressive sales strategies and cross-selling. Your main focus will be on expanding the customer base, enhancing client relationships, and maximizing sales through a strong network and relationships. You will need to develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that all files are processed efficiently from the login stage to disbursement by liaising with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. Managing a team of relationship managers effectively will be crucial to optimizing team productivity and achieving team results. You will need to align with the team to generate leads for sales activities on the ground and provide appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies to implement the growth agenda. Constantly staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence will be essential for developing effective sales and marketing strategies. Your understanding of the markets, competition, processes, and products available will be valuable in providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Ensuring compliance with all Audit, RBI regulations, as well as processes, policies, and reports as per the company's designed systems will also be part of your responsibilities.
