Manage and support the sales/lead team 3. Respond to inquiries on WhatsApp, calls, and email 4. Track leads and update CRM or sheets 5. Follow up with potential clients regularly 6. Meet sales targets and conversion goals 7. Train the team on sales scripts and processes 8. Coordinate with the studio team to finalize bookings 9. Upsell additional services (prints, extra time, etc.) 10.
