As a Sales Manager in a leadership role for the interiors vertical, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring sales and design teams to achieve business targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies for modular interiors, wardrobes, and turnkey solutions. You will drive client acquisition through consultative selling and strategic engagement, oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7-10 years of experience in interior sales, business development, or turnkey project acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - In-depth understanding of modular systems, materials, and execution workflows - Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms; familiarity with design tools is a plus - Self-motivated, analytical, and passionate about delivering client-centric solutions The company offers a leadership role in a fast-growing interiors vertical, exposure to premium modular interior projects, and innovation-led practices.
