Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Interior Company, a subsidiary of Square Yards, you will play a crucial role in the real estate sales sector in Qatar. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build client relationships, and close sales to contribute towards achieving our growth targets. You will be a key player in selling Indian Properties to clients in Qatar, providing them with tailored property solutions that align with their investment goals and risk profiles. Your role will involve acquiring and nurturing client relationships through direct and indirect sales efforts. Utilizing social and public media marketing campaigns will be essential to maximize revenue and lead closures. Independently identifying potential customers, delivering presentations, finalizing deals, and managing transactions from sourcing to return on investment generation will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will be expected to enhance the Square Yards brand by maintaining service standards in line with company policies and explore new business opportunities by leveraging existing client relationships. Engaging with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, offering investment solutions and portfolio designs, will also be a significant aspect of your role. Maintaining a strong client focus, providing pre- and post-sales services for long-term wealth retention, will be crucial for your success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 2+ years of sales experience, proficiency in Hindi and English languages, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments, resilience to handle rejections positively, capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions, and maturity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
