Sales Manager (Individual Contributor Role)

As a Sales Manager at Design Cafe's Thane store, your main responsibilities will include: - Building pipeline and fostering strong relationships with prospects - Ensuring a positive experience for every potential customer starting from their first interaction with the company - Achieving sales targets through collaboration with a team of talented interior designers - Delivering a world-class customer experience by demonstrating passion and dedication to customer service - Ideal candidates should have a background in customer relationship management and sales team leadership, with a focus on meeting clear sales objectives - Demonstrating a track record of taking ownership, understanding customer needs, delivering results, and implementing ideas quickly in a dynamic environment - Effective communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors Requirements for this role: - Strong verbal and written communication abilities - 2 to 3 years of experience in B2C sales, consistently meeting monthly targets - Proficiency in listening and delivering impactful presentations - Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills Qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline (10+2+3 regular education) - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar field - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Interior Design Firms, Real Estate, Ed tech, Retail, or Automotive industries If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to rajshree.dayal@designcafe.com.,
