Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) - Pune (Baner Store)

As a Sales Manager at Design Cafe, your primary responsibility will be to build a strong pipeline and nurture relationships with prospects. You will be the key point of contact for every prospective customer, ensuring they have a positive experience with us. In order to achieve sales targets, you will collaborate with a team of talented interior designers. Your focus should be on delivering a world-class customer experience by demonstrating passion and dedication in serving customers. The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in customer relationship management, sales team leadership, and achieving sales goals. You must be proactive in taking ownership, identifying customer needs, delivering results, and implementing solutions promptly in a dynamic environment. Effective communication skills are essential for seamless collaboration with customers, colleagues, business partners, and vendors.
