Position: Sales Manager

CTC: Up to ₹3.45 LPA
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in field sales or team handling

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives
• Drive business through field sales and lead follow-ups
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the team
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Track performance and prepare daily/weekly reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Background in insurance/BFSI preferred
• Target-oriented with a problem-solving approach
