Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Imports, located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities geared towards import services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development, particularly in import services
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, including customs regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
