Job Description

As a Sales Manager in Pune, your role will involve expanding the company's footprint in the Western region by driving sales of innovative HVAC duct sealing, cleaning, and energy efficiency solutions. These solutions are designed to help businesses lower operating costs, improve air quality, and achieve sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new business opportunities with corporates, industries, pharma, commercial, and residential clients. - Own the complete sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, solution demos, negotiations, and closures. - Establish and maintain relationships with CXOs, senior decision-makers, and facility heads. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution. - Track market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning. - Achieve revenue targets, prioritize customer satisfaction, and manage timely collections. Qualifications & Experience: - 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC/energy/environmental solutions. - Demonstrated track record of consistent sales performance and successful deal closures. - Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. - Experience in managing large industrial/corporate accounts. - Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma preferred; MBA advantageous but not mandatory.
