Sales Manager

• Job Title: Sales Manager Job reports to: General Manager
• Male or Female
• Division: Refining Services Function: Sales
• Department: Sales & Business Development Grade & Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager
• Qualifications:  BE/B. Tech in Chemical Engineering Experience: 10+ Years total experience with minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.

Job Purpose

• To maintain and expand relationship with existing and new customers in order to achieve short term and long terms sales & profitability targets as set by organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

• 1.     Key Account management
• 2.     Achieving sales volume and revenue targets. Independently handle all customer related activities. Follow up for orders, contracts, payments, etc.
• 3.     Ensure excellent multi-level relationship with customers.
• 4.     Ensure internal coordination and planning to meet customer needs as per orders/contracts.
• 5.     Prepare budget, business plan and MIS as per requirement.
• a.     6. Ensure payments are received as per contract agreements.
• b.     7. Preparing visit plans and ensuring regular customer connect.
• c.     8. Maximizing customer wallet share for HPPL.
• d.     9. Formulate and implement strategies for short term & long terms goals in line with organizational goals. Data collection for effective business decision.
• e.     10. Competition analysis
• 11. Participate in trade shows, conferences, etc.
• 12.  Willing to travel More than 50% of the time.
• 13.  Handled international business.
