Required qualification - BSC/MSC 9Chemistry) or Diploma in Chomical

Experience - 2 + years from Chemical or pharma industry

Operating the DCS for plant startup and shutdown
Monitoring and controlling process parameters such as flow rates, pressures, temperatures,and levels Communicating with field operators for parameter adjustments Reporting to shift supervisors in case of parameter abnormalities Making minor plant adjustments when necessary Reporting serious faults to the supervisor Implementing approved actions, procedures, and standard emergency responses Monitoring and controlling the usage of raw materials, chemicals, and other plant utilities Preparing and assisting in preparing plant operational reports Ensuring the safe shutdown, isolation, and blow down of relevant sections or plants duringemergency situation
