The Sales Manager - Horeca role is a full-time on-site position based in Bengaluru. As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and expand the company's Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) business segment. Your daily duties will revolve around formulating sales strategies, discovering new business prospects, nurturing client partnerships, achieving sales objectives, and collaborating with the marketing department to enhance business growth. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in training and guiding the sales team, conducting market research, and furnishing regular sales updates to the senior management. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales within the Horeca industry, possess adept client relationship management skills, and demonstrate proficiency in negotiation techniques.
