Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and cultivate new client relationships to expand our client base.Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates.Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Client Management: Liaise with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress.Offer consultative advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.Process Management: Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding arrangements.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.Strong business development and client relationship management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.

Responsibilities:* Develop discrete event simulations using AnyLogic or flexsim software.* Familiarity with system dynamics modeling approaches &Agent based modelling* Ensure model accuracy and reliability through testing and validation.
