Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at our organization in Udaipur, you will play a crucial role in overseeing sales support and operations in the NBFC industry. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct detailed file audits across various functions such as Sales, Credit, Technical, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and norms. You will need to identify any discrepancies in customer files, verify reports, and prepare audit reports with observations and corrective suggestions. Additionally, you will be required to travel to different branches for audits and process reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed file audits across functions such as Sales, Credit, Technical, Legal, and Operations - Ensure compliance with internal policies and norms - Identify gaps, errors, or deviations in customer files or loan processing - Verify field verification reports, technical valuations, legal clearance, and credit assessments - Prepare audit reports with clear observations, risk classification, and corrective suggestions - Follow up for closure of audit findings within set timelines - Maintain ethical standards and data confidentiality throughout the audit process - Travel to various branches or field locations for file audits and branch process reviews Qualifications Required: - Graduation preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in secured lending, Small Business Loans, or Banking preferred - Experience in micro loan against property industry will be an added advantage Additional Details: N/A,
