Role Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager, you will:
Drive residential property sales and achieve revenue targets
Manage and convert HNI clients with personalized consultation
Respond to digital inquiries and present tailored property solutions
Build lasting relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
Negotiate and close high-value deals while advising on pricing trends
Collaborate with the CRM team for smooth post-sales service
Desired Profile
3–12 years of strong sales experience (real estate preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Proven track record with HNI clients
High energy, positive mindset, and result-oriented approach
Must own a bike/car with valid documents
